Fit is Beauty: Let's get started!

It's not simple to be happy, in emotional balance. Life challenges us every day. But inner stability helps us feel pleasure from what you do, from taking care of ourself, maybe even for short moments every day and having a balanced relationship with food and our body. And smiling at difficulties in the long run is an investment with a really positive return.
Giulia Calefato, the author of Fit is Beauty, knows it well. Perhaps it is no coincidence that Giulia, a mother of two children and a businesswoman in the field of beauty, has a degree in philosophy. The basic concept of the book is that in 12 weeks it is possible to get fit thanks to a program that combines 30 minutes of daily exercise to a balanced diet rich in fresh food that nourishs our body by limiting oxidation and therefore aging.
Before becoming a book, Fit is Beauty is the blog that Giulia has created, full of ideas for both food and exercise to do easily at home. This Wellness Formula is born from the collaboration with a dietician (Ivan Lurgo) and a personal trainer (Andrea Sguinzi).
Born from my personal experience" says Giulia, "this program has allowed me to regain confidence in myself and to feel strong and beautiful simply doing sports and eating without obsessions or excluding groups of foods. But if it was so effective for me, why not share this strategy with other women?"
Through Fit is Beauty Giulia supports ABA (www.bulimianoressia.it), the association for the study and research on anorexia, bulimia and food disorders founded by Fabiola De Clercq in 1991. ABA will receive part of the proceeds of the book.
